Based on the true story of the time when the isolated community of Gander, Newfoundland, played host to the world. What started as an average day in a small town turned into an international sleepover, when 38 planes, carrying thousands of people from around the globe, were diverted to Gander’s airstrip on September 11, 2001. A musical about the power of community and hope.
1 Act, no intermission.

In honor of the hospitality of the islanders who fed 7,000 stranded travelers, we will have a donation box in the lobby before every performance to collect non-perishable food items. Help us give back to the community and spread warmth and hope to those who need it most.
