Theatre Camps aim to educate youth in the activities of live theatre and team building, providing an opportunity to build new friendships. Camp Directors will facilitate camps to help participants gain confidence, creativity, independence, and commitment to the creative process.

Junior Summer Camps

This camp teaches all of the basics of performing, while also playing games, making crafts, building friendships and having fun! Runs for 4 days. Small showcase performance on the last day for friends and family. (No camp on Canada Day) Ages 7-9

Embark on a theatrical adventure this March Break with our enchanting Theatre Camp for ages 7-13! Unleash the creative spirit within as budding young actors dive into a week of immersive drama, laughter, and self-expression. Our camp provides a vibrant and inclusive space where imagination takes center stage, offering a perfect blend of learning and fun. Summer Break Camps will bring participants together to learn about the performing arts through theatre games, improvisation and an introduction to musical theatre. The program will also work with simple props, sets and costumes.
Participants can expect to have fun and gain confidence while learning something new and building friendships along the way.
Meet our Camp Director!
Director – Grace McRae
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in musical theatre performance from Sheridan College and has appeared in productions such as Seussical the Musical, Legally Blonde, A Man of No Importance, and Grand Hotel. During her four years in the program, Grace has had the opportunity to be mentored theatre greats, such as Joel Gray, Bartram and Hill, and Laurence Follows. Grace has been involved with OSLT since childhood and is thrilled to have the opportunity to give back to the community who gave so much to her.
