Theatre Policies
- OSLT/Roxy Young Company/Roxy Star Company Productions: Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. A $1.00 fee per ticket applies, and exchanges must be requested in advance.
- Single-Night Events: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for fundraisers, Roxy rentals, Roxy Presents performances, or children’s performances.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: No refunds or exchanges due to weather or road conditions unless the OPP close major highways within two hours of showtime. If an event is cancelled, tickets may be exchanged for a rescheduled date if available. If the event is not cancelled and the highways are officially closed, a refund may be issued upon request.
- Tickets are not held or reserved – seats are sold only after full payment.
- Ticket prices may fluctuate due to promotions or sales. Refunds or credits will not be given for price differences after purchase.
- All sales are in Canadian dollars.
- Late arrivals may be seated at management’s discretion to minimize disruptions.
- Cell phones, pagers, cameras, and recording devices must be turned off. Repeat violations may result in removal without a refund.
- The Roxy is a smoke-free and scent-free facility.
- Children under 2 (“babes in arms”) may share a parent’s seat but must have a ticket as per fire regulations. Not all events allow babes in arms – please check with the Box Office.
- Age Definitions:
- Youth: 18 years or younger
- Senior: 60 years or older
- Accessibility: At least three wheelchair-accessible spaces with adjacent companion seats are reserved for each performance. Unclaimed seats may be released to the public 48 hours before the show.
- Program fees are processed through the OSLT/Roxy ticketing system and must be paid in advance.
- No refunds or credits for cancellations or absences within two weeks of the program start date.
- Cancellations made at least two weeks in advance will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- No make-up days for missed sessions.
- No prorated fees for missed days, including snow days.

Personal information includes any details that can be used to identify or contact an individual, such as names, addresses, and opinions. However, business contact information and publicly available details (e.g., names and phone numbers in directories) are not considered personal information. If
someone uses their home contact details for business purposes, those details are treated as business contact information and are not subject to privacy protection.
- Personal information is kept strictly confidential.
- Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information for its intended purpose.
- Safeguards are in place to prevent unauthorized sharing, loss, or destruction.
- We provide individuals with the option to opt out of any additional uses beyond the original purpose.
Our privacy policies comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
