Come play, laugh, and discover your inner comedian in this one-off, 3-hour improv workshop! No experience, no preparation, and no long-term commitment required-just show up and be ready to have some fun.

Through hilarious games, creative challenges, and interactive exercises, you’ll get a taste of what improv is all about while learning the basics of listening, accepting, building on ideas, and trusting your instincts.

Whether you’re curious about improv, looking to build confidence, want to meet new people, or just need an excuse to do something a little different, this workshop is for you. You’ll leave with new skills, new connections, and hopefully a few stories to tell!

This workshop introduces concepts and exercises inspired by The Second City Toronto, TheatreSports, and the Canadian Improv Games. Led by Enio Mascherin.

Enio is an improviser, musician, freelance writer and voice actor. He has also performed in two OSLT productions; Born Yesterday and Wait Until Dark. A founding member of the Toronto TheatreSports movement, he has been a member of such fringe comedy troupes as Unfinished Business, The Urchins of Menace, and Better Than Nothing. Enio was Creative Director at Avenue A Advertising and Bayshore Broadcasting, an Associate Producer at The Second City Toronto, and a Director of their Training Centre. He has taught Improvisation at Seneca College, Haliburton School for The Arts, and The Roxy Theatre.
