‘They are back – the Dancing Docs are performing this October 3rd at the Roxy Theatre. It is a chance to see local physicians in a whole new role as they exchange stethoscopes for dancing shoes or musical instruments. This year there is a new, very special feature -the nursing staff from the hospice will be dancing in their own number. Dancemakers Studio is producing the show with their nationally recognized troupe performing along with special performances by the Sheila Milne School of Dance award winning dancers along with a number featuring a salsa dance with dancers from the Grey Bruce Dance Studio accompanying Dr. Bruce Stanners and his wife Ruth as they dance to a Latin beat! Physician parents dancing with their children is a new feature this year. A great afternoon or evening of fun and a chance to support the hospice through this great fundraiser.
